Frequently Asked Questions

  • We created Good Human with busy schedules in mind. It was designed to be able to fit in between activities. For example, they can watch a module on the bus or in the car from school to practice or from practice going home. So it shouldn't take up time they don't have.

  • The Good Human course is designed to be taken at your own pace. For some, a module a week is the right balance with school and other demands. At this pace, it would take roughly 14 weeks to complete the course. For others, it may be possible to complete two modules a week. At this pace, it would take 7-8 weeks to complete the program.

  • The program is designed for adolescents to be able to follow along on their own, but we absolutely encourage you as parents to watch these modules as well. In this way, we hope you can more effectively support your child along their Good Human journey. The modules provide an excellent starting point for you to talk about various topics together. Although these modules were developed with adolescents in mind, we think they can be helpful for dealing with life's challenges at any stage of life. We hope that you may find something useful in them as well!
