Life is hard. Our program equips adolescents with the social, emotional, mental health and life skills they need to be healthy and successful in life.
Good Human exists to create engaging and transformative tools to support adolescent mental health and well-being.
Developed by experts in child and adolescent psychology for children aged 11-14, the Good Human Health program provides clear, evidence and research-based approaches for becoming healthier, happier, and more resilient, as they progress along their path.
Our Why
"1 out of every 2 people in the world will develop a mental health disorder in their lifetime. These disorders typically emerge in childhood, adolescence, or young adulthood with the peak age of first onset being 15 years old."
